Before I start, I'd like to acknowledge that this is one of the best matches I've ever refereed. I can safely say the quality of the articles were phenomenal, and I enjoyed each one of them. I am still amazed at how, even in writing, people still manage to 'step up' for big games and ensure they put their best in.

Very well articulated idea and article. I can't say I personally agree with it; I prefer the human element rather than letting computers take over. But your article is making me rethink my position, which shows the level of thought that has gone into it.

As a Saints fan, I definitely agree with you. I know Johns is a grand player, but there's so many more who should be recognised before he. Provan is top of my list.

If I may be slightly encouraging, you have less to work on than you think. It's not often a 438 would get beaten; you simply came up against a red hot side with a few of their players really firing.

Keep plugging away, as based on this game and your results this year, you're going to be very challenging to beat next season.
