The Eels finally had their spirit broken in Brisbane last week, the only thing likely to stop this being a flogging is the fact that the Raiders would have used up all their reserves of juice tackling the Storm on Monday night. Semi must be due back too, which might give Parra a lift. But you must expect the Raiders to march on in this one.

We were very bad in the second half v Broncos. Hopefully we lift for this game. Raiders you would think after 2 taxing games their big forwards could be a bit spent this week (hopefully). Hope we make a game of it

Parra will hold on for a while then fade after half time. They are also having trouble posting points without key personnel.

The raiders are weirdly taking the hodgson suspension to avoid carry over points so we will be without our most important player

Massive danger game.

In previous years (and earlier this year for that matter) we would lose any game we were expected to win. The fact we're willing to let Hodgson take the suspension scares me, there is a massive, massive chance of us going in completely complacent in this one.

Hopefully they don't put on too many at the start and we don't leave ourselves with too much of a mountain to climb in the second half.

In a lot of ways this is a bigger test than the storm game.

A big crowd and a lot of positive press attention could make us play very stupid.

There has been a bunch of raiders legends say that they think we will win the comp lol.

This will be interesting.

yo9u haven't got fenderp their to give away 2 or 3 penalties when you are pounding them down in their own 20m zone and cough it up on the first tackle in the play the ball when attacking it. It's a good start
