Proud of the Panthers defence even after being up by 30 with the result not mattering. Never gave up on plays.

We missed soft tackles. But tried every minute to make up for them. Cant complain with that.

Well,it won't be too hard going by current form.

Same thing happened in 2014, Bulldogs were top two the whole year then slipped right down to 7th late in the season, identical to this season.

Then went on this run;

Defeated Melbourne 28-4
Defeated Manly 18-17
Defeated Penrith 18-12

Rank outsiders first week all the way to the GF.

Manly and Panthers were missing half a dozen players each though. Both were depleted and Bulldogs had a dream run only to get spanked in the grand final they had no right playing in.

Dig up all the irrelevant data you want,you're deflecting your concern away from what you and everyone saw tonight in what your team has to face,to something that does not now apply.

Best of luck next week.

I'd love for the Bulldogs to lose yet another Grand Final. That would be some kind of a record.

2012 - 2014 - 2016 losers....got a nice pattern to it.

Why? Bozo and Trent have led a masterful recruitment campaign right from the get go. All these young 30 year old's need is a few more seasons to really hit their straps.
