Now - til End of May - Rules discussion/voting/changes implemented
Early June - Franchise/transition tag designations, roster cut downs, development squad promotions at 2016 salary, contract renegotiations
Mid June - 4 round rookie draft, league fees due by this time
Mid July - Unrestricted free agency, auction draft
August - Unrestricted free agency, weekly blind bid waivers
September - League kick off
