The fake tough guy schtick of a few of the Eels palyers is pretty amusing to watch. Instead of trying to target Thurston off the ball constantly, they would have been better served just playing the f$&@ing game. They focused so much of their energies on trying to ruffle his feathers and in general in the ruck rubbish it effected their game overall.

Looking over in the Eels room on LU, I can't believe some of the fans reactions to the game. You'd swear their team had halos above their heads. They should be dirty at their teams discipline and tactics then the officials. Infact tbh, they actually got the rub of the green on quite a few occasions. Pritchard was lucky not to be sitting down for 10 in the first half after a cowboys break but for the position on the field being around the halfway line probably helping his cause. Same as the apparent penalty against NQ for taking our Radradra in the air even though the replays show Takarangi was the one who took him out. That actually cost NQ a try because Morgan picked the loose ball up and was in but got called back for the penalty. We also had some favourable calls (forward pass for the Winterstein try from Coote not seen)
