Things don't look any better for Wales here. The atmosphere won't be as oppressive as PNG, but Fiji will be too fast and too powerful. Along with Scotland in their game, Wales will improve but not by enough to make an impact.

Wales will take a lot out of these games and will be a better prepared team come the next world cup

Roets for gay, ansell for seamark and burke for morris. Apart from ben morris, some good ins. Wales wont win and this will be a blowout but we really need italy to be 100% next week against fiji so they can beat fiji in a close one, and not let the pacific teams dominate the quarter finals.

The Aussie duo Seamark and Gay dropped so we might actually see some tackling from Wales in this match

Hopefully there is a better showing by wales this week, but anything other than a big win by Fiji would be very surprising.

I like this commentary team. It was Girdler's kick that got blocked for the ball to be gathered by Fittler I think, who then passed it to Byrne, who then got tackled by Sattler.

Ahhh, the memories!

These two teams between them have played in the past four WC semis, along with the big three. The fact Wales did it in 1995 and 2000 and Fiji in 2008 and 2013 shows how far one has slipped and the other has risen.
