I’m in shock we won that. I know Manly are bad and had some injury concerns but we haven’t won at Brookvale in 21 years, lost our most important player last week and had a player in the bin so it certainty wasn’t smooth sailing.

Obviously we’ll struggle without Pearce but to be 6th having only had 2 games at home is a huge effort.

If you had offered me 5-3 after 8 rounds with only 2 home games in that time, I would have bitten your hand off in accepting. We have a noticeable ability to hang in games at the moment, even when we're playing like shit.

It sucks that Pearce is likely to miss the majority of our home games through the middle of the season.

Kelly needs work in defence but it is not much worse than Walker. Crocker is actually not bad defensively compared to Green who was f**king terrible. Crockers issue is he cannot guide the team around and kick.
