Lillyman has gone to the Knights.

Well there is no question now.

There is certainly a push to buy back the farm.

This is not such a bad plan, no question a team of kiwis should do well.

Time will tell.

Good purchases.

Over the last few seasons we've splashed on quick fixes and flashy headlines (Luke, RTS, Foran, Hoffman etc)

Seems to be more of a focus on a certain type of player and more substance than style. A recruitment haul of Harris, Blair, Beale, Hiku, Pulu, Love-Henry, Cherrington, Santo might not set the world on fire, and might not be enough to push for the finals (especially if injuries hit), but it's a step in the right direction IMO.

Sam Cook is still with the team. He's in the last batch of photos of the start of preseason.

Probably a really dumb question, but Roache is listed as making 20 appearances for the FG side, does it still count as an appearance if he rides the pine for 80 minutes?

I read in the Courier Mail Agnatius Paasi has asked for a release from the Gold Coast to return to NZ.

Wants to sign with the Warriors.

Good timing, you need props
