Apparently the deal has to with taking on Netflix, anyway Disney has finally got it's hands Star Wars a New Hope, Star Wars was the only movie that was still under the 20th century fox banner.

Interesting that people are saying that this might actually get through regulatory issues quite quickly as old man Rupert and Trump are boys...

Apparently the AT&T/Time Warner merger is being taken to task by the US Justice Department at the moment because Trump is pissed off at CNN...
