England leg spinner pips Pat Cummins as youngest man to take five wickets in debut Test innings

Eighteen-year-old England leg spinner Rehan Ahmed is just a few months younger than Pat Cummins was when he took 6-79 on debut against South Africa in 2011.

What Bazball has done has got the opposition worried and pressuring them into playing an attacking style which they don't want to & probably don't have the players for & picking at test level.

Australia will want to be careful and lift it up a notch i reckon. Considering what England did at home this year beating South Africa, India & New Zealand it will be tough to win over there.

The players have also bought in & believe in Bazball which is half the battle.

South Africa? they actually won a test over there in losing the series 1-2. As we have seen they have a horrid batting lineup

Didnt beat India - India were winning the series 2-1, when covid forced a year long gap. They came back to finish the 5th test, and were under done IMO. Series 2-2

NZ ? Well we spanked them 3-0, no bazball required lol

The current Pakistan series , we win 3-0 as well if we faced the same attack, very inexperienced and a ton of debutants this series

In one way, Im glad all the hype by bazball. We will drop their pants in the ashes, but IMO the only thing we need to be careful of is picking the right attack. Guys like Boland or Nesser have to be there, guys that can put in on a pence. Starc only played one test last time over there and we really should have won that series 3-1 , instead of 2-2. Warner wont be around either (hopefully), and the top 6 is probably going to be our best top 6 bats we have had in over a decade

We haven't won a test series in Pommyland since 2001. They are a lot more dangerous than 12 months ago.
They are a good chance to beat us.
