I'd like to see them start with Williams/Gale in the halves. At least against France & NZ, if they haven't fired give Wippod a run. He shouldn't be a walk up start after the season he's had though.

Fiji have quite a lot to be fair.

It's a very similar situation in both Europe and the Pacific, two nations each who have a decent domestic scene and homegrown professional players and 3 strong heritage based nations. In each case more should be done to favour & bring on the countries with domestic development. Hence why I'd give nations who meet certain domestic criteria first shot at big tournament qualification, to prevent us from having the big 3+ all heritage nations in major tournaments.
