Aussies can now only level the series with tonight's game washed out
My predictions for this game,
1. We won't win
2. Mhuss won't play
3. Hughes will fail.
4. There will be no tsunamis around Coffs Harbour (see prediction 3)
5. There will be sugar coating post match.
So basically the same horse shit we've been subjected to for yonks.
Is it any wonder people are busting their necks for the footy to come back
need to push Starc up the order but knowing our selectors he'll probably get rotated in the most important game of the series
That would just confirm that the inmates are running the funny farm
I'm fine with Starc going up to 8 or at a pinch 7 but he is not an allrounder. Yes, he has had some success as a hitter but hitters are eventually found out. Seeing that they only played half a game yesterday then no one should be rotated from the team - except Bailey who is a complete plonker.
Clarke doesn't sugar coat and pretty much says things the way it is, I admire him for that. The commentators though completely drive me up the wall with their excuses or convenient ignorance of the issues.
Boo f**king hoo.
David Warner was not given the chance to review his decision because the players are abusing the system. If the DRS had of been used correctly yesterday both Warner & Henriques's decisions would have been overturned.
The system is in place for absolute howlers and through misuse the privilege was removed from the Australias because they abused it. Clarkes dismissal was never a bad desicion and he did not have the right to question the umpires decision. Had he have just walked of the field and accepted the decision Warner and Henriques both would have had the chance to review.
Now i have to read about how flawed the system is and how bad the umpires were yesterday. Bad decisions happen. Its human error. Use the system the way it is intended and it works.
Clint McKay has played 4 games this series.
Expect him to be rotated out for John f**king Hastings or some other f**king nuffie

Put your house on Hughes being top scorer.
HAH is due.
you claim to believe yourself and you won't put more than $10 on it but you're encouraging others to put their houses on it
Bad decisions have existed as long as umpiring/referees have existed
Take away the attempted tactical use of DRS and all of a sudden these howlers disappear which was the reason DRS was put in place originally.
Not a fan of the tactical use of it and it usually has the batsman looking like a dickhead in the end
Mahela agrees with the covering the whole ground during rain breaks issue..
In Clarkes defence, he was a long way down the pitch. If you watch the replay again, he was a good six inches outside his crease in his stance and he took a giant leap forward on top of that.
Nowadays, this doesn't seem to matter so much anymore because the technology removes that element of doubt but he would have known that he got a good way down the pitch. If he'd have been at the Wacca or the MCG he'd have had a good case. At the SCG, not so much.
its never happened before that I can remember (the wet outfield)
I thought the SCG was world famous for its ability to recover from a spot of rain, or maybe I'm thinking of the Gabba.
These decisions should really be up to the curator / ground manager, this is one of the worst incidents of common sense going for a walk since the 2007 WC final farce.
