Adam Dykes - credit when its due

We have all at one stage or another bagged Dykes over his performances. Well this week we must give him credit for a 5 star performance against the Broncos.
Dykes played what was his best game since joining the Eels, and was back to the form that he was renowned for at Cronulla.

Dykes controlled the ball well and was pin point with his kicking game in particular the smart kick from the scrum which led to Moodies try.

Dykes was easily in the best 3 players on the park along with Hindmarsh and Cayless.

Lets hope this form of the team and individuals is a pointer of things to come in 2004.

Two of the most bagged in Dykes and Crouch had great games.

I've bagged them often but last night they both showed up to play. Well done lads.

I posted an almost identical topic after the game on the parraeels "guestbook" - still waiting for it to get "approved" and display!

I've bagged Dykes a fair bit this year, and it was good to see him produce the form he is capable of in the Blue and Gold last night!

Dyksie had a massive game. Lets hope he backs it up against someone like Campbell then he can finish the year off on a huge note and prepare for a BIG!! 2004.

An added incentive for us is that Dyksie could well face some stiff competition from Thorman and Muspratt [who had another big game today]

Yeah credit where credit's due.......i've bagged this guy so much that he will never watch one of my porn films again!! :lol: ,

He had a great game!!, good to see he involved Lyon into alot of the play!!,

Let's just hope he can be consistent know!!,

As for Crouch??.....the best game he's had since he's been with us....really made me eat my words!!!

as one of Dykes biggest critics,I have to eat a small serving of humble pie after his display on saturday.
If he can repeat it on a regular basis ,I will eat a large serving of humble pie.

Yes - Great game Dykes if only he was consistant.
The most pleasing aspect of his game was his mis tackle count - 0!!

I just hope we see more of it!!

They say a picture speaks a thousand words. Anyone who has questioned Adam's committment to the Eels should take a long hard look at this picture. I've also watched him closely sitting on the side lines cheering the boys on and he looks like he wants nothing more than to help the Eels to a premiership.
