Shannon Byrne has definitely made a very very little go a very long way. Does the sports on ABC News in the morning now I see. I guess she has to since Morrow got shafted.

Well he did say that it had been apparent for some time.
Interesting that both comments occurred after the ANZAC test when he normally totally ignores League to concentrate on the Women's AFL. Is this some sort of test envy from someone who follows a sport played in half of one country?

One Victorian talking to another Victorian on a Melbourne produced radio show.... sounds a lot like Offsiders.

Can only imagine the Victorian outcry if all these shows were produced in Sydney and hosted by normal people.

Today's "sports report" on Radio National breakfast:
1. Hadfield has a breaking story about someone who has decided to play soccer for Australia even though they could play for Bosnia-Herzegovina and comments that it is a pity that the story broke today because it was not receiving enough attention because the Sydney media is obsessed with State of Origin
2. Some stuff about one or other of the Tennis brats
3. Hadfield and Fran have some light-hearted morning TV type banter about "them Swannies" for 5 minutes

My tax dollars are paying the wages of these arse-wipes

I guess the only excuse is that they don't need to cover League because it is a dead sport
