Atherton avg 68 vs N.Z, Smith only averages 67 vs N.Z.

I think this stat clearly shows what what we have all already been thinking, it’s tough to admit but Atherton>>>>>>Smith

Adam Voges averages 99.00 v NZ

Easy to admit

Because of this thread. I looked up comparative stats.

Cook averages 46. 45 in England with 14 tons. Away, 47 with 17 tons.

I was surprised to see how much his performances are unaffected overall.

Compare this to Matty Hayden. Avg 57 in Aus with 22 tons, and 41 away with 8 tons.

Matty Hayden's a great player, and I knew he benefitted from the preference of flat decks from CA. But I didn't realise how wide the difference was.

I dare you to say that on cricinfo
I said as much on Twitter to an English mate in a random convo between ourselves. I had 25 messages from Indians. I didn't even mention Sachin. I merely said I was just speakign to my old man and we both agreed he's the best we have seen. Kohli and Sachin ended up in my mentions.
