Somehow I think the original diagnosis was correct and we most likely won't see him until next year.

Although on the Sunday footy show they were discussing Adam McDougal having the same injury and some players had made it back on the field within 14 weeks. Vaealiki is probably young enough to recover quickly so anything is possible I guess.
