no club or athlete in any sport can do that
They care bc they want to protect their brand. Having an out clause is a moot point if the damage is already done.
Dyldam (rightly or wrongly) are seeking relief (discount) from the previous deal bc they feel that being associated with cheaters damaged their brand.
And they're worried that we ruined their brand? lol.
I know mate, dodgy AF. That's why I said "rightly or wrongly".
Yeh, I took note of that bit.
Everyone that I know in the building game tells me that they rarely pay their bills and if they do they are notoriously late.
Over the years, club officials have regularly complained about the tardiness of Dyldam meeting payment schedules.
Well Hadley removed them from sponsoring his show after he found out they were also not paying their sub-contractors.
Typical scum lebanese builders. They look after No.1, don't pay their bills whilst rolling on with new developments.
That's not very nice. I thought you supported SSM?
Right up Roy's alley. He had a few phoenix developments over the years.
Santanic Sexy Mums ?
Is that sexy Mums dressed as Santa?
don't they sponsor the midgets?
They actually own a lot of sites in Parramatta. They have submitted proposals and DA's, and then the sites have sat vacant for years.
No one seems to know why they haven't continued on with these projects.
The one you linked has had a lot of publicity in the media lately, as has one they are currently building in Baulkham Hills. The linked one goes to market for residential sales in October or November I think.
Harry Trigaboff and his Meriton brand continue to deliver projects all over the country.
They deserve each other tbh.
Well TBF that's pretty much same for most large building organisations
Actually post completion, I can tell you that Harry's buildings have a very poor reputation of build quality. Quite often they will litigate with a Strata Plan rather than man up and fix problems.
A lot of people who know real estate wont touch a Meriton building.
