Young NRL playmaker Ata Hingano has been confirmed as Canberra's latest signing.
The 20-year-old halfback departed the Warriors earlier this week despite signing a three-year contract extension last June.
“It was great to see a quality player like Ata Hingano become available,” Raiders Recruitment and High-Performance Director, Peter Mulholland, said.
"He’s performed well in the NRL for the Warriors and internationally for and for Tonga so far in his career and he adds plenty of depth to our spine.”
The signing was confirmed on Friday, nine days from Canberra's season-opener on the Gold Coast. He will join the club next week.
