This guy is a joke. Not a funny one, one of those "dad jokes" where we all stopped laughing the first time we heard it and just wish he would stop.

Cummins was the lead referee who had his pocket junior referee Jon Stone constantly telling him what to do.
Every time a try was scored it was referee Stone who was explaining his version to Cummins before Cummins sent it to the the Clunker Bunker.

Even when he sent the Tigers player to the sin bin, he had to ask the bunker boys if he got the right player.
What game is Cummins watching if he can't work out the correct player to send to the sin bin?

Cummins reminders me of a kangaroo frozen scared in the spot light.
