Broncos upset - no Sunday home games

And doesn't that start from next season?

It is supposed to. Problem is, what ofdds the NRL give the TV Networks a say in scheduling anyway? The NRL as an organisation have no backbone to stand up to the TV networks even when they have the law on their side.

cannot wait til next season when the NRL decides who plays at the allocated times & days
control of the draw will be a big thing for our controlling body
lets hope they do the right thing by the clubs & more importantly the fans
& screw Ch 9 over for f**king the game up for the last 10 to 15 years

big hit!

do you really expect much to change for FTA prime time though? in a few years time, Ch9 or another FTA network will come back to the NRL during the next broadcast rights negotiations and point to decreasing ratings, and hence lessening value.

The Broncos should demand a second Brisbane team to share the FTA burden and all those pesky willing third party payment contributors . Its not Okay.

They get gifted extra home games every year cos teams like Manly take a home game to Suncorp, yet they still whinge? How the f*ck are there "double headers" where the only team from the city where the games are being held, is an away team? It's ridiculous.

Bring back the Crushers.

Storm face Manly at AAMI park on Sunday 30 July, 2pm.

Even though the two sides don't get along, and the fans generally dislike each other, surely we can band together and give Broncos the minute silence they deserve.

Either that, or Broncos fans are more than welcome to fly down and attend. Nothing's better than Sunday arvo footy.

Ah. Fantastic. The movement is growing by the minute.

Both great ideas
