I have a slight calf strain and have touch footy on Friday night. Wondering if anyone knows the best method of using KT tape or similar. The strain is toward the outside, about 2/3 way up between ankle and back of knee.Sorry, I don't know the anatomical term. There are dozens of different methods on youtube and most of them contradict each other. Some say a cross. Or a Y. Or one up the middle. Or stabilise the ankle first. Stretch the tape. Don't stretch the tape.
