Can Mary replicate what Hardwick did at the Tigers

In hindsight, we had a better squad in 2016 vs. 2017. We set ourselves up for a good run to the semis but basically fell in a very big hole for reasons already discussed ad nauseam. Our squad for 2018 has improved in the key position of half. We still are short of speed in the outside backs(like this year). Despite the coach, I see us making the 8 after the usual mad scramble but to make a run at the comp we are a smart coach short(current coach can’t get the best out of a decent squad).

OK answer this ? Which of our centers and wingers are better than Melbournes? There you have it. 2018 will not be any vast improvement. WE MUST GO ALL OUT FOR BELLAMY 2019

Would any of our starting 13 made the Storm run on side tonight? Maybe Vaughan and Friz, but both arguable...

Yeh I think 2017 was supposed to be the year the club did better by giving the coach support and some good players coming in too.

The new players did very well, but the team still struggled in the second half of the year - by the time other teams developed some cohesion.

Did Mary admit at the back end of the season that the reason for the poor form may have had something to do with the offseason and that he trained the boys hard that's why they were worn out by round 15 (another of his poor excuses)?

If so he will probably not train them at all off season and Saints will start poorly with 1 win in the first 12 rounds? That way he will definitely be sacked by round 6 or 8.
