Cartwright - Do the honourable thing

When Titans started they had a 5 year plan to win a premiership. In Year 4 they were one game off a Grand Final. Year 5 they didn't make the finals. Cartwright had his chance. Absolute madness to sign him for another 5 seasons.

If you look at the history, it is you who started the personal abuse, being childish and hides behind internet. I don't care if you disagree, but you should be constructive with your different view point and not resort to personal abuse.

BTW, it appears most others in this thread appears to share the same opinion as me.

Cartwright is the worst coach in he NRL. He has single-handedly sent our club south in more ways than one. His coaching style and tactics are inept, he has no answers and cannot coach creative play to save his life. He has filled he roster with NSW players too- we are only one of 3 Qld clubs- we need to promote Qld talent.

As long as Cartwright is in charge we will never be successful on or off the field.

Season 2012 is already over for us as long as that clown stays in charge.

That first half was the skill level of a pub football team.

No dummy half 2 meters out from your own line, forward passes by a prop, passes to players not expecting it, defence on your own line that you could drive the Queen Mary through. dropped balls.

The skill level of this team is embarrassing and where is Ranga's defence of this clown as a coach

Ranga, you are welcome to take him back to Penrith ... this is about the best I can come up with in the face of probably the worst half of football I have ever witnessed at this level. This clown has systematically tried to buy a premiership while ruining the careers of at least half a dozen young players a long the way.

I still love your bravery , the best part of this forum is the fact that 8 people read and reply to your crap ,next home game tell him your thoughts that he is a clown, but I doubt your personal skills allow you to venture beyond mums bedroom , but please tell him face to face ,you seem to have the answers ,pass them on ,

Yep that works, your defence of Cartwright's skills suitably reflects your obvious knowledge of the game.

As far as feedback to our club and coach goes, do you honestly believe that the club members aren't voicing their opinions ... wake up, sunshine.

You obviously must have some connection to the Cartwright clan so start juggling and wiping your red nose.

Now go back to the circus where you belong troll and say hello to Cartwright

If a new Consortium comes it wouldnt surprise me to see a total overhaul even if it means paying out some hefty contracts.

Hopefully. They need a total over=haul starting from the top.

I really feel sorry for the players who bust their ar@ses but a successful football team needs a strong front office and coaching staff.

The Titans have none of this.

Ultimately the players have to be held accountable even though the other facets have an influence. They are the ones who hold the high ground on performance. Sadly, modern rugby league panders to the egos of not just the players but the peripheral support team too much. Without tough management it all falls over.

Nice guy coaches like Cartwright can't cut it without tyranical back office support and he hasn't got that ruthlessness to make the tough decisions.

Prince is on the improve I think but that's not saying much. Sometimes it's unfair to blame the coaching staff for a team's performance but the errors that the players are making and general lack of competitiveness can only be ascribed to the men in charge. Come on Tits, RL needs you to be a good team.

If and when a new management arrive only 2012 contracts will be honoured, by the NRL. Anything for 2013 and beyond (legally) will be subject to new discussion, agreement and sign off. Many contracts may well be re signed on exactly the same terms that they are, many will not.

There won't be any huge pay outs. I'd suggest there will be a major shake up, from the top down.

Cartwright's performance on and off the field will be subject of considerable review. He does not have the support of the playing group, which was lost last yr.

Of the players I know, they support Carty whole heartedly.

Yeah clearly that player support is working for him, they've won 5 of their last 24 games. Aside from the financial issues the joint is a basket case riddled with an off field mess that has left the player group with little respect for it all, including the coach.

The sooner a line can be drawn through it all and a far more professional replacement be appointed the better for everyone concerned.

Liking the coach doesn't necessarily mean liking his coaching nor does it mean that the players are in anything more than a comfort zone ... that's what the on-field performances look like.

Cartwright's "we played well for 60 minutes" mantra smacks of having no answers ... my interest is in finding the extra 20 minutes needed to compete.
