I haven't had a look at the form for this but I like Sarrera to win the Geelong Cup. They saved it to run in this. Likely to be a wet track too...

and for the rest i like perlin (i think it's recovered from it's win 2 starts ago) and kindjhal (has the desert war and railings form, which men at work seemed to justify a bit yesterday)

Still would have like 6-8's for Sarrera.

I would like to think that Perlin will smash that field only because I took him for a fortune to win the Melb Cup about six months ago and on current form is not much chance.

Frightning has some merit but last effort was pretty ordinary.

Irish Crusader is the possible smokey is good value at those odds.

Serrara is also good chance but I agree a little skinny at those odds

Perlin is its only danger, frightening struck a brick wall last start.

I think your on the money here Macca... I think those four will fight out the finish but Vits Vitae and Soi Cowboy are outside chances for the multiples

With it pouring down rain, I'm having more on Sarrera. He's 3 from 3 on heavy tracks.
