considering I cant think of any deal longer than 4 years that has ended well it is a massive risk but considering he still has some gears left in him he has all the makings of being the best forward of all time so im sure they know what they are doing. Don't think he will be as explosive at 33 as he is now

Uate is a great example of a player losing interest with a long term deal.

He's having a great year at Manly. Refreshed and a change of scenery.
Did Uate lose interest in a long term deal or did he lose interest in playing for Poocastle while they rebuild for 5 years?

Either way, happy with his performances for us.

As long as you factor in a knock on a game and are happy with that then he serves his purpose.

He's having a great year at Manly. Refreshed and a change of scenery.
It has been an ambition of his to live on the peninsula and play for Manly since he was a little kid growing up in Fiji.
