I like that he took a sit and settled well before sprinting brilliantly in the straight, completely different from when he won the Hong Kong Cup and went out in front like Vo Rogue

He's was a champion horse but what he is doing as a stallion is quite ridiculous.

The way he is traveling atm he may even prove a better sire than his old man

I'd love to see some stats and see where he sits in comparison so early in his career.

"While some may argue that the inflated purses in Japan account for Deep Impact's status, his statistics speak for themselves. Already, the 13-year-old has sired 21 individual Grade/Group 1 stakes winners, without shuttling to the Southern Hemisphere. Similarly-aged stallions have not approached that number: Tapit (age 14) has 16, War Front (age 14) has 10, Dubawi (age 13) has 17 in the Northern Hemisphere, 6 in the Southern, and Fastnet Rock (age 14) has 19 in the Southern Hemisphere, 3 in the Northern"

Duramente hurt himself during the running of the race, so the Arc is off the table according to Yoshida..

Arrowfield with the coups! They have got Real Impact but now they have snagged a Japanese superstar in Maurice

He's not by Deep Impact or even that sireline but I didn't know where else to post this :|

This bloke is one of the best horses I've seen in the last few years in terms of pure raw ability.

    Hopefully he gets supported
