I think a half, 5/8 combination of Hunt and Bird could be pretty good. I am not to sure how good Birds kicking game is, but I thought he looked pretty good in his first year in first grade playing 5/8. I would rather Bird than Widdop.

I think we should let Dugan and Widdop go and spend the big money on a number 1 and 6, if we can sign one worth the big dollars.

After watching Flanagan on the news last night talking about the sharks upping their offer to Bird, I think he will stay at the Sharks.

Bird's family want to stay living in the gong. If the Dragons offer 800k-900k we'll get him. To get him and Tedesco, we will need to shed Dugan, Widdop, Lafai, Nightingale and a couple of fringe backs.
