Junior Wold Championships every year could be the best investment the RLIF could make IMO.

No argument here .....maybe not every year ....but certainly regularly. (Maybe regional comps yearly)

I think the best would be tiered regionals one year, doubling as World Cup/Championship qualifiers for the next year. Simple 2 year cycle covering all teams able to compete.
