England u/16 squad for 2 match series v France

The EnglandRL Youth side has defeated the FFR XIII - Fédération Française de Rugby à XIII Under 16s 28 - 18 in Pia today.
Down 16 - 6 at halftime, England scored 22 points to 2 in the second half to win the first of the two match series.

The EnglandRL Youth team has won the second and final international against the FFR XIII - Fédération Française de Rugby à XIII Under 16's 28 - 20 in Pia on Tuesday.
Down 14 - 10 at half time, England once again were too strong for the French outfit in the second half, securing the win and taking out the series 2 - 0.

Two close games by the looks of it. England finishing the stronger in both. I think any true advocate of the International game would love to see this replicated at the highest level.

Here's an interesting one, Herbie Farnworth the fullback/winger for England has apparently been signed by the Brisbane Broncos.
He had a 6 week stint playing in Queensland a couple of years ago, killed it and was invited back which led to the signing.

I had to dig this thread out because Herbie Farnsworth is making his debut for Brisbane Broncos u/20 tomorrow night. He has only just turned 17 so he could possibly be the youngest player to play Holden Cup
