1. get a wooden pole about 4cm in diameter. attach a chain/rope (about 1m long) to this pole in the centre so you can grip the pole either side like handlebars. attach a weight to the end of the chain. grip the pole with weight and chain attached and start rolling the pole up and down like you're rolling a newspaper up and down. increase weight as strength increases. may need some power tools to build this thing.

2. hit a tyre with a sledge hammer.

also, hit a heavy bag with proper wraps and 12-16oz gloves, this will increase wrist strength. use proper technique dont bend your wrists
