This is the thing. Everyone is saying Kikau and Blake were bad too but they were bad because of Maloney.

Kikau is in his 1st season of playing as a backrower and full games. He too is unproven as a defender.

Maloney gives 20kg to some attackers... No such issues for Kikau.

Blake is down as having only 5 miss tackles in 10 games. Seems too low

Kikau was the best defencive second rower this year. He was proven.

over half a year? That is the problem with young guys can't sustain it for long enough. See where he ends up after 25 rounds

He'll end up worse slightly because of Maloney playing injured and hurting the defence on that side.

Or it could be the fact he is playing 80 mins a game and can't sustain it? Look at Taupau step him last week. That was all on him. I love Kikau but he is still a work in process. This is all part of learning to play NRL

Peachey will be center or bench utility, same as it ever was.

I don't rate Peach as a 5/8 but he's better than Roberts

A gentle re-introduction with little pressure. Might have been the best way for him. Hope he gets it all together again.
