The whole club just seems way too unprofessional. I don't think it's a culture thing - whatever that is - but simply the fact from the outside nobody right across the board seems to act professional and make wise decisions, treating it like a growing business aiming for success. Such a shame to see so many decent players squander their future ability by playing in such an environment.

I think you'll find very very few nrl players come directly from the PI's Jnr systems, most are from nz systems or Australian born descendents.

You don't think a nz based nrl team gets more kids interested and choosing rl to play? ergo providing a rich nursery for all nrl clubs.

You made the suggestion a team in nz wasn't necessary for this to continue and suggested the amount of PI players as a comparison. I'm telling you very few PI players in the nrl came from PI RL nurseries therefore your comparison is invalid.
