With his salary you could probably snag the best 3/4 non-NRL contracted players from the World Cup with change to spare. Or buy the entire PNG hunters team for depth.

Hayne makes a lot of noise about being a Christian. Now he has exposed his hypocrisy. He runs out on his team mates and the people who have paid paid him a fortune, after ruining the career of his coach Neil Henry. The guy has no morals. His Christianity is utterly phoney.

Gold Coast will get more value out the drunkard Todd Carney.

The guy is totally a Christian. Christianity is nothing but a bunch of conmen who wear drrsses and pretend to have an imaginary friend.

Gee its like mal is saying the game has done more than nothing for Hayne.

I can see hayne trying out for the wallabies as a new challenge.

But id def welcome him to the sharks at a discount.
You can have him. Unwanted anywhere else.

A report on the news on 2MMM this morning had it that, apparently, the plan is for a 1 year deal at the Eels for around $600,000 with Hayne's management expecting the Titans to kick in something on top of that.

If this report is accurate, then the Titans should tell Hayne to go and get stuffed. If he wants out, they should say "we'll release you but you get $0 from us". The hide to say you want out of your contract and also expect a payout from the employer you want to leave is ridiculous.

I do hope Jarryd is reading this thread so he knows the high regards in which most Rugby League fans hold him
It will make Mitchell Pearce feel a little better - the heat will be off him for a while.
I think Hayne's heart is with Parra - no other team could bring out the best in him at this point in time. They should take him on (on a greatly reduced salary) for a year and see what happens.

The storm should sign him. Can he get rid of Bellamy?
Now that's a challenge worthy of jarryd.
