What would you do?
A lot of readers didn't understand my question "what would you do?" as being purely rhetorical.
Obviously it would be smarter to spend the Pearce 800k on four decent players rather than on one dim wit named Hayne.
Helps when you play against park footballers in the weak side of the draw, while the real goat (Billy Slater) plays most of his World Cup games against the quality teams like England and NZRecord for most tries in World Cup history, bow to the GOAT

Lol yeah. When he played wing and centre because there was a better player in his regular position. Where he didn’t play against England, didn’t score against NZ. All his tries came against the shit teams like the USA and FijiOh you mean like the 2013 Rugby League World Cup where Hayne was the leading try scorer for the whole tournament in the same team as Billy Slater playing against the exact same opposition? LMAO Slater rektttttttttttttttttt

Dumbass Jarryd Hayne did almost the exact same thing in an origin matchBetter players don't do this yo
He was close to being the best player on the park in that World Cup final.Lol yeah. When he played wing and centre because there was a better player in his regular position. Nah, the bloke can’t get out of yawn modeHes a flat track bully now. Will go alright in a top 8 team
Have to agree with this. All this sympathy for the Titans is misguided, they're big boys and with the support of the NRL threw Hayne a bucket load of money and gave him an option of another bucket load of money at his discretion.
It was a poor deal and they overpaid. Parra reportedly offered him circa 800k, now despite all the he said she said bullshit, i don't see too many players passing on an extra 400k odd each year.
It hasn't worked out for the Titans, boo f**king hoo, if they hadn't put together such a poor f**king deal they wouldn't be in the situation they are now in.
