How's this for a few examples for the wonders of gelding-

Lankan Rupee, 11 May 2013 finished 6th/10 in a 3yo handicap at Caufield- 10 months later wins the Oakliegh plate/Newmarket double

Knoydart, 27 Jul 2013 finished 10th/11 in a Randwick Benchmark 79.. Comes back December 2013 wins 3 in a row then runs 3rd in an Oakleigh plate and 3rd in a Newmarket

Boban, was getting lapped against its own group as a 3yo... gelded came back won 5 in a row including Epsom/Emirates double

Next on my list to be two stone lighter would be Bernabeu, got ability but just doesn't put it together on the track.

He looks like a smart horse in way of manners, he relaxes well, I don't think he'll have any problems.
