Hotmail Address Book problem

I don't know what I did, but somehow my Hotmail Address Book imported all my MSN contacts and completely stuffed up things, which I didn't want. How do I reverse this? I can't find how!

i have a sneaking suspicion that your address book and your msn contacts are one and the same list. im not sure if it is reversible (damn micro$oft)

Damn, sometimes things are just integrated TOO MUCH.
