He wishes. He better get a hair cut and style or the Barmy Army will roast him if he gets to internationals.

I really hate hearing about all this 'next Warne' hype about Pope. Sure he might have some potential and did a great job but don't call him the next Warne. How many times over the last decade have we seen Australian spinners being touted as the next Warne only to fall of the radar. I remember how Dan Cullen was pumped up and faded away into obscurity after playing his only test.

Imagine if todays selectors were in charge when Warne debuted?

He would never have played more than 1 Test.

South Africa are out
Ended up fairly close in the end but they just needed more runs in their dig, another 15-20 or so and they win the game, losing 4 early wickets cost them. Pakistan almost stumbled in the chase but got there.

One semi final confirmed
Australia v Pakistan

Safrica's u19 early loss is not ideal for the SA, Eng and NZ national teams looking for further next generation talent.

Afghanis light up Kiwis for 300+... will take a very good NZ batting performance to chase this

And at 20/4 we're f**ked

Will someone at NZC find out how Australian Rugby Union got Willie O and do the same for this Mujeeb kid.

I mean seriously, his stock balls are the carom ball and the googly. His leg and off breaks are a variation.

Indeed. And one of them has never even hosted an ICC proper final.

The host nation hosting a final has only won 2 from 11 world cups (ind in 2011, Aust in 2015)

In actual fact not many host nations end up making the final and played in their own backyard

The odds were with the kiwis in 2015 ;)
