Dave Smith in my opinion did a much better job than Gallop and Greenberg.

I know he made his error but I think the games was never in a better position under him and Smith had to make the hard decisions that Gallop and Greenberg never have or had the balls to do.

He will be responsible for the development of the next strat plan for 2018-2023. Should be interesting, I'll go out on a limb and suggest there will be a lot less quantitative measurable outcomes in it!
