Klemmer is a frustrated hard man, he must wish he was playing in the 70's and 80's. We'd be better recruiting forwards from AFL where they are used to shirt pulling and slapping each other.

All these rules have allowed soft-cock halves and backs to shape up to big forwards knowing there will be no repercussions.
