league irc channel?

just curious, is there a league irc channel that everyone hangs out in? if there isnt, does anyone know how to set one up? i could work it out i expect, but i thought i would ask first.

irc is just a messenger type thing, but has mods and can have a lot of people talking simultaneously.

i was hoping for something standalone that i could log onto using trillian - so i am not loading a webpage

there used to be one for the nrl video game and it was also for general chat but some idiots took over so the ops made a new one on mirc

umm there is a a link if you scroll up press on the words chat is back that'll take you to the chat page but no one is ever there...
