why go for Draxler? before Ozil maybe, but now we got Ozil, there is no need for Draxler at 35+Mill.

try and get a DM in Bender for around 22mill, thats if Lever miss CL (Come on Wolfs)
Buy Carlos Vela back for 3.5mill, get Campbell back off loan.
sign Vrsaljko for RB, as Sagna is leaving. that will cost 8-12 mill
Ochoa as back up GK on a free
Drmic for 4mill if they get relegated.
Matuidi on a free

and if Arsenal can get extremely lucky Sign Reus for 37-40mill, if not just go out and get Griezmann in the Vela Deal, or See if Shaqiri is Available.
