It should have always been Field or Mann at 7. Mary should have had more faith in his old boy Club; his extension was always assured.

Dont know about that. Its impossible to speculate really. McCrone has had some very good games and some pretty ordinary ones.
Field at 7 could have been a disaster or could have been a masterstroke. We will never know.

All yours, I never understood all the fuss but I'm glad we let him go. Mind you Mann wasn't any better today. Although in Mann's defence I don't think he's a centre.

Milne will cause some damage when he plays for the Tigers. A good player who shows heaps of promise. Would have liked to keep him, but hopefully we have loftier plans, and maybe someone with speed in our sights. Everyone is entitled to a dud game here or there.

This is what pisses me off. Typical bandwagon of critics on here lambasting one performance. The whole team were shit today. The same critics that want to 'blood the youngsters' yet will be the first ones to wipe them if they have an ordinary day. I hope Milne goes well too.
