Lol. So true.

Brown knows what we should be doing but we aren't doing it.

Not sure why we aren't or when we ever will on a consistent basis.

We seem to be working backwards - get attack going and worry about defence later.

Aint gunna happen.

You would hope that Brownie is coaching and instructing them to do so which leaves the other scenario, players failing to carry out instructions, lack of enthusiasm or ability.

I think coach needs to re-think team/selection working with what he has and how to best use them.
For example start the Safs together, not been done this year, ?, they have indicated previous to preferring it.
Need to make mind up about hooker, Griffin with Levi or Buhrer.
Bring in a reserve grader, King or Yates to stir the pot and put them on warning, need only be for a week, form being the guideline. Made the change at 5/8, follow through.
As for backs don't see any changes available, same bodies maybe position changes, we lack quality.

I'm not sure it's necessarily that we're focusing on attack before defense. All the good things in our attack are coming off 2 blokes who happen to be very gifted with the ball in hand - Pearce and Ponga.

Defence is far more reliant on team efforts and the 1%ers over individual brilliance. There's a trust factor and also familiarity with what the bloke/s next to you are going to do, too. Then there's just plain old enthusiasm... which we've been a bit sporadic with.

Whilst ever we've got Pearce and Ponga in the team, as long as we give them decent shape and some options, they will create points.

Because as individual performances go they've been disappointing. Can't put them in the middle at the same time if that's what they are dishing up. Their lateral movement can be pretty ordinary at times. Definitely don't want a team with a hooker like Cook for example seeing those two on at the same time. We'd get a million put on us.

Plus Bring it home Knights hit the nail on the head!!!

Start or sub together - not a fantastic idea atm imo unless they pull their fingers out.
