Who is coaching the team this season .Agar from England was signed to assist mary but he has not been mentioned .Could be our secret to success at this stage of the season.Not sure what young and hornby are doing they are part of the coaching staff.

Agar was more hated than McGregor is here over in the Super League, in fact fans on that side couldn't believe he got a job in the NRL.

It's all Marys doing thus far, jury's out on whether he can maintain it for a whole season (he hasn't been able to previously)

All 3 are assistants to McGregor. Not to sure on the specifics of who's doing who but i'm 99% sure that Hornby's doing attack and Young's doing defence, no idea what Agar does.

As for contribution, people on here say that Mary ignores all advice from others and only goes his way. Thus its all Mary's doing for the season thus far.

With all these assistant coaches they still fail to see that our bench use is sh*t.
It’s either they’re incredibly stupid to miss the lack of rotation or they’re sh*t scared to suggest changing it to Mary.
Not sure what the answer is but it sure needs fixing.

Mobels is correct up to a point.
Agar is more involved with the recruitment side and bush league and coaching.

Mary is head coach.
Young is defensive coach.
Hornby is attacking assistant.
But all these guys including benny creagh all under mary.
So Mary has the final say in everything.
So the buck stops at mary

Its simple Mary doesn't want anyone that can actually coach because he would be found out.

We were coming first last year too, we are worried the same things gunna happen again.
Vaughn Sims and JDB would be down to personal effort, we will see how far Mary’s coaching ability extends if he ruins JDBs health by keeping him needled up instead of resting him.

Vaughan has gone backwards this year compared to last
Sims is now carrying injuries as is JDB and it will only get worse and if not repaired there form will deteriorate
Aitken still can’t pass or read defence correctly
We were coming 1st, now we are 2nd and we have been in this position before and it hasn’t ended well
You can declare he can coach when he has results on the board at the pointy end of the season
