Albion Park trots Race 9 the horses know how to have a run.
One horse has had a paltry 43 starts and another only 94.
Every other horse has had over 100 starts.
Mister Skye Rocket who will start favourite I'd imagine is lining up for his 307th start today.
Had me wondering if that's a record?
He's already won 41 times and had another 87 places.
He's won just under a quarter of a million dollars.
That's one huge effort to have him run so many times and he's only a 10 yr old.

Start 308 tomorrow afternoon at Albion Park.
Has slowest mile (best)rate in the field.
Hasn't won for 31 starts.
Like the 10 in the race myself.
Market not framed so no idea of the price.

Mister Skye Rocket ran 2nd.$3.70 a place.
Looked up a few records.
A horse in the 1980s had 400 starts and won about 120 races including 34 in one season.
I remember it running around too it was called Cane Smoke.
One of the Melton horses(there's a heap of them)but I think it was Melton Mutimax
Had 376 starts.It ran till a couple of years ago.
This horse is now third I think though my research was only googling.
Most thoroughbred starts I could find was Play David.(in Australia).
Anyone know of horses that had more starts?

Found another one at Albion Park tonight.
An 11 year old ran in race 7 named Destreos had its 346th start.
Was $72 on the tote and ran accordingly.
It's won 75 races and ran 108 places $613,836 in prize money.

Destreous has his 400th start tonight.Mister Skye Rocket is still running around in the 390s.
Amazing horse Destreous.He broke the record for most wins at Albion Park the other week.Cant remember how many exactly but it was 60 or 70 odd.
