Motorbike fix

just wondering if anyone knows if it's possible, and how expensive, to fix this on my bike. It just looks yuck and I don't know if it can be fixed up.

I'm not an expert on paint but possibly it's just the clear coat that's worn away, take it to a paint shop that specializes in Bike stuff, they'll sort it out.
