- Hell no to Bird at fullback, he has his strengths but he is too imprecise and inconsistent for that position defensively. Ideal 2018 would be Lewis off the bench with Bird slipping in right edge.

Lacks any real speed, horribly positionally and very uncomfortable under the high ball. He can throw a pass but that's where it ends.

The sooner the kid realises that his future is in the back row the sooner he will reach his full potential. He won't realise it in any other position.

Well said....i even think his passing game is a bit dusty. Has delivered a couple of gems over the last couple of years but has panicked on many more occasions and taken bad options.
