Good to see this but how proactive are the Serbs?

Very active indeed and always looking to lend a hand it seems.

What is especially impressive here too, is that this will not be a cheap trip. Cost of living Norway is about 10 times that of Serbia! Good luck to them all.

This is a HUGE endeavour that the Serbs have set themselves. As LangPark says .... Norway aint exactly cheap and I'm pretty sure Serbia aint flush with funds. Dare say some costs will be cut on things like accommodation ( staying with Norwegian hosts ? Uni / Hostel style accomm, ???) but still an expensive outing. Maybe it might get a few other countries thinking more about their junior development and how they can provide international exposure for them at a low (..ish !) cost. Really do believe that the RLIF people need to start acknowledging .....and rewarding .... nations who do things on their own initiative.
