NRL.com dreamteam, when does it open?

Sorry to start a new thread, BUT, I cant find this information anywhere.

Does anyone know when the NRL.com, dreamteam is going to open?, I have heard Febuary but haven't heard anything more specific.

i tried asking them via email and didnt get a response. When you try and register theres an option to click for them to send you an email as soon as it's ready

It opened around the 20th of Feb last year, so I would imagine it will open at a similar stage this year.
