Great to see the Sold Out signs up at all the gates tonight. Over 22K tickets sold. Well done to the 15,371 hardy souls who braved the horrendous rain. Another massive step forward for the WA Reds 2013 Bid.

Gah! Imagine if it had been a clear night. 15k in the rain is great. Sold out crowd in the stadium on a clear night would've been amazing!

Great effort by the WARL/Rabbitohs promoting it though.

I am very proud of Perth for turning out in that horrible rain.

And thanks also to Brisbane for what was an entertaining match that ran to the wire for 80 mins.

Hope next year I can attend AND the weather is better
